How They Got Here: No. 9

Hundreds of people find Unpious every day, coming from many different sources. Some (we have to imagine) arrive completely unintentionally through the magic and brilliance of search engines.

Here are some of our favorite search terms that viewers used to track us down this week, with our commentary:

“did haman’s son escape?”

According to the gemara, he’s in B’nei Brak. We happen to know he’s left since. Now he’s on Unpious’s editorial team.

“speak after you eat challah”

You mean as opposed to before? What about “nu, eh, oh, aha”?

“chassidish men rap dance”

Yup, we saw this one too. Personally, we think he’s kind of dorky, but that’s just us….

“how to comment a writer”

Make the same unsubstantiated point over and over again. If your non sequiturs don’t convert your fellow commenters to your perspective, just keep repeating yourself.

“where in the torah does it discuss tsnius”

Somewhere between Tamar selling sex to Yehuda by the roadside, and Ruth seducing Boaz on the threshing room floor.

“pics of god is powerful”

This is what came to mind…
