Comment of the Week

We hereby award “Comment of the Week” to the following intriguing/funny/spot-on comments posted on Unpious this week. Feel free to recognize your own favorite in the comments below.

Chay Nobody: “אין הספק מוציא מדי הודאי” – any doubtful event/claim will never override a certain one. We all know with certainty that Olam Hazeh is a reality that we live every day, but Olam Habo? Who knows?

J: The writer here captures the conflicted feelings we often have… We love the kugel. We can leave most everything else.

Todd: The point is pretty simple. The Chassid on the plane was an absolute twatwaffle, a 24 karat, brass-plated, flaming jerk. But he treated our Correspondent well strictly because of his perception of the man’s religious affiliation. So that makes it good.

Kafhakela: As they say in Skver, the Shulchan Aruch is only for geirim and baalei tshuvah who don’t have a mesorah.
